Our Story
Our Family Story — Built from the Ground Up
Ron and Daina grew up together in the farmlands of Iowa. Ron worked in his family home building business and as a farm hand, and Daina a farm girl learned early that hard work isn’t just what you do — it’s who you are — a lesson they proudly passed down to their four daughters. From sunrise chores to running heavy machinery their foundation built from grit, teamwork, and a love for legacy family owned businesses.
Daina and Ron married and left the farm to attend Iowa State University. Ron studied Industrial Engineering and Daina Interior design and pre-nursing. To help pay for college both of them worked for the ground maintenance crew mowing, repairing equipment, and Daina repairing potholes and eventually promoted to running asphalt rolling machines.
After college, they headed to Texas, Ron worked for Houston Power and Lighting, and eventually moved into real estate development, custom home sales and mortgage banking. Daina a Registered Nurse, worked in hospitals for 17 years and during this time she started overseeing design and construction renovations and new ground up facilities. Eventually she joined the AEC PM industry as a business developer.
With Ron and Daina’s many years of experience, and their desire to build a family owned legacy business, they are proud to offer their clients StripePro parking space specialty services.
Their mission is simple: Build strong client relationships by providing extraordinary customer service and quality of work with eco-friendly materials and equipment.
